Difficult Conversations: Using Nonviolent Communication in Our Relationships
Sometimes it is the most difficult to talk to the people with whom we are the closest, be that partners, children, our long-time yoga students, a boss, or a friend.
In this three-part workshop held three consecutive Wednesdays in September, Judith will present the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help us learn how to approach difficult conversations in a manner that will greatly increase the chances that we can actually enjoy those conversations.
During these sessions, Judith will lecture, but most of the time will be spent in one-on-one conversations between her and the participants who choose to do so. These conversations will model for the rest of participants the principles of NCV in action.
This is an interactive course and will be recorded and available for purchase after the three sessions end.
